Born in Boston and raised in Revere, Mr. Sparks was the son of the late Harold E. and Phyllis (DeMarco) Sparks. In addition, the council also unanimously approved motions asking that the legality of using a hotel as a medical facility be explored, that representatives from the Quality Inn appear before the council to discuss future plans for the site, that a public meeting be held with all stakeholders on the plans for the Quality Inn and that Revere fi le a public information request with the City of Boston asking for the total costs associated with public safety and public works associated with the Mass.
