Eagle Heights Cathedral Bishop James Collins said the white background on the fl ag represents purity and peace. Hal Shurtleff , who fought to raise a Christian fl ag in Boston, spoke during Wednesday’s fl ag raising outside of City Hall. Gina Castiello, in center, held the Founders’ Bible.
