Novoselsky is the current incumbent, and there is one other candidate currently vying for this position. Novoselsky has served on the Revere City Council for 18 years and has dedicated his life to serving the community and country. Find out more about him below! Q: What is your hometown? A: Revere. I have lived here my entire life and still reside in the same house I was born in. Q: What drove you to be a member of Revere City Council? A: I have been so for 18 years and I enjoy helping people. I like to make my area better than it has been in the past, and an overall better place to live. Q: What is your biggest accomplishment? A: I have so many. I’m a veteran with 27 years of military service under my belt. During my time in city council, I passed the healthcare visiting pass initiative, as well as the Garfield School, and helped raise over $4 million to fix the streets. Q: What is the biggest issue the city is currently facing? A: Most people are saying all of the buildings, but we’re in a position where we are a growing city. We are the gateway to the North Shore and a hop skip and a jump to Boston. A lot of If a City Councillor tells you the truth, they care about you... If they tell you what you want to hear, they care about themselves! I always tell you the truth!!! ANTHONY T. ZAMBUTO VOTE TUESDAY SEPT. 10 11th Name on the Ballot (Paid Political Advertisement) may not know about you? A: My life is an open book; I have nothing to hide. I am there for people and available to them on multiple platforms, whether that is phone, email, Facebook or Twitter. Q: What is your favorite place you’ve ever visited and why? A: When I was in the service Ira Novoselsky these buildings are rentals and provide easy access to Boston through the Blue Line. We have a lot of workers from the airport that are starting to rent here, so traffic is a big issue. However, 90 percent of traffic coming through Revere is regional traffic, so we do not have a lot of control over that. Q: Do you have a proposed solution for this? A: Unless the traffic engineering is different, I don’t see any corrections for that. Q: What is something people dine drink gather I went to Belgium and went to the Battle of the Bulge area. It was very exciting and informative and historical. Q: What makes Revere such a great place to live? A: Location, location, location, and location. There’s a lot of good things happening here and a lot of good people that live here. I love Revere and wouldn’t move any other place. Q: What is the best way for the public to contact you? A: Phone, email, social media or by just showing up to my house.
