Page 4 THE REVERE ADVOCATE – FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, 2026 Somerville man faces OUI, reckless operation charges after Revere rollover crash Advocate Staff Report A Somerville man is facing charges after a violent rollover crash involving four vehicles early Sunday in Revere that sent fi ve people to the hospital, police said. Offi cers responding to a crash on Squire Road at around 2 a.m. determined that a vehicle that rolled over had caused the crash after entering Squire Road from Brown Circle at a high rate of speed, according to Revere police; the vehicle crossed the center median and struck multiple vehicles on Squire Road before rolling over. Five people, including the operator and passenger of the vehicle that caused the crash, were taken to hospitals with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, offi cials said. Mario Valente Aguilar, 29, of Somerville, is expected to face charges of operating under the infl uence and reckless operation, police said. The investigation remains ongoing.
