According to Hill International Project Manager Julie Leduc, the 39,000-square-foot onestory building, which is worth $25 million, is expected to be complete in fall 2023. For years, the DPW workers and staff had to endure deplorable conditions in the former facility. City Engineer Nicholas Rystrom and Dept. of Public Works Supt.
