D’Ambrosio, currently serving on the Revere School Committee, announced his candidacy for the state senate seat expected to be vacated by Joe Boncore. Local city and state offi cials, along with family and supporters turned out to off er their well-wishes for D’Ambrosio’s campaign for the First Suff olk and Middlesex District seat.
