The certifi cates were presented by City Council President Anthony Zambuto and Councillor-at-Large George Rotondo, who made the original motion to award the certifi cates. Revere man sentenced to five years in prison for fentanyl distribution J assiel Ramirez, 25, of Revere, was recently sentenced to fi ve years in prison and four years of supervised release for distributing 40 grams or more of fentanyl. In February 2020, Ramirez pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, one count of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and one count of possession with intent to distribute and distribution of 40 grams or more of fentanyl. Between September and October 2018, Ramirez engaged in four separate drug sales of fentanyl to a cooperating witness. Those sales totaled approximately 110 grams of fentanyl.
