Pride of Lynn Cemetery honors Jewish War Vets at Memorial Day Service O n Sunday, May 30, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., the Board of Trustees of the Pride of Lynn Cemetery honored deceased Jewish War Veterans with a Memorial Day of Remembrance. Jewish War Veterans (JWV) of the USA has identified deceased members from JWV Posts 31-Lynn, 161-Revere and 220-Peabody that are interred at the Pride of Lynn Cemetery. Members from JWV Posts attended for a Memorial Day Service to honor the 235+ Jewish Veterans interred at the Pride of Lynn. Posts from Revere and Peabody annually place fl ags on all 235 + graves of the deceased veterans before Memorial Day and refresh them before the Jewish holidays in the fall.
