(Advocate Photos by Tara Vocino) By Tara Vocino A pproximately 100 people attended the campaign reception for Ward 3 Councillor Arthur Guinasso at DeMaino’s Restaurant on Monday night. Supporters included other councillors, School Committee members, City Council candidates and Ward 3 voters.
