Veterans Services Officer Marc Silvestri said the breakfast was the welcome home that Vietnam veterans always deserved, but never received until now. On Friday morning at the American Legion, Veterans Services Office Assistant Donna Dreeszen offered a prayer to open the National Vietnam War Veterans Day breakfast.
