Horses and Heroes Foundation Founding President Skyllar Mulvaney, whose organization names horses after police officers and firefighters who performed heroic acts, organized the event with her members. They shared stories about their jobs and shared laughs, coff ee and, of course, Girl Scout cookies. State Police Lt.
