Jane was born & raised in Revere, she was a proud Alumna of Revere High School, Class of 1984. Most of Jane’s working career was in the Restaurant Industry. She worked both as a waitress & bartender. Her personality & wit kept her customers happy and coming back. Unfortunately, due to her declining health, she was forced to no longer work. Her life was fi lled with family & friends who loved her and will miss her. She is the beloved daughter of the late Robert A. “Della” D’Alessandro & Geraldine A. (Mugford) D’Alessando. Portney, died January 17, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Winthrop she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Frances Mandell. She was raised and educated in Winthrop. Harriett was a stayat-home mom whom enjoyed her family and will be missed dearly. Harriett is survived by her daughter Shari Lyn Losanno of Saugus and her son Steven Portney of Revere.
