The services are funded by the NSC’s HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan (HOMEARP) program. The City of Malden administers the federal HOME Program for the NSC, which consists of eight municipalities that make up the geographic area of the services to be provided: Arlington, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Revere, and Winthrop. The RFP will be available beginning Monday, November 20, 2023 by email request to ktseng@cityofmalden.org and athompson@cityofmalden.org. The deadline for submission of proposals is Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Proposals will not be accepted nor may submitted proposals be corrected, modified or withdrawn after the deadline for proposals. An award will be made to the most advantageous proposer for services at the best price. In addition, the City reserves the right to waive minor informalities in any or all bids or to reject any or all bids (in whole or in part) if it be in the public interest to do so. The NSC will host two non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal conferences regarding this RFP on Tuesday, December 5th at 10am and Thursday, January 4th at 2pm.
