About the Neighborhood Hub The Neighborhood Hub is a technical assistance program that supports neighborhood revitalization in Gateway communities across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Hub program helps Gateway municipalities and their local or regional partners identify and implement strategies to repair and renew neighborhoods with high rates of vacant, abandoned and deteriorating homes.
