Thus, in 1635, he had five acres on Mystic Side (future Malden), two acres of planting ground in Charlestown and two acres with an old house that he sold to Thomas Brigden and got instead two acres at Wenotomies River. On March 6, 1636/37, he was also granted five acres on the Mystic Side. In 1638, he had 13 parcels of land in Charlestown and was granted 35 and 80 acres on the Mystic Side.
