Under the terms of the agreement, the building owner would donate the building to the City of Malden, pay for its move and construct a foundation at its new location. The Mayor will work with the City Council to ensure that proper steps are taken to legally accept the building donation. Mayor Christenson said, “This is a win, win for the city.
