(Courtesy Photo) By Steve Freker adeane Sica’s bid for a fi fth term as Ward 8 Councillor got a sizable boost on Tuesday when she cruised to a big win J in the fi rst Preliminary Election for that post in decades. Councillor Sica topped the ticket with a nearly 2-to-1 vote margin, staving off challengers and collecting 253 votes from Linden neighborhood residents.
