Paul Donato from challenger Nichole Mossalam during Tuesday’s rainy State Primary. The heavy rain may have played a part in the low voter turnout. Poll workers David Senatillaka and Josephine Guercio said the count was 46 for ward 7, precinct 1, as of 3 p.m.
