Born and raised in Everett, she was the daughter of Norman and Marie (Locke) Lombardi. Carole was the beloved wife of the late William Spaulding. The two shared sixty-four years together until his passing in 2017. She was also a devoted mother, aunt, and friend to many. Carole enjoyed working with children, crafting, gardening, and thrifting. She also gave back to her community as a Teacher’s Aid at the Holmes and Salemwood schools, a Scout Leader, and was a member of the Snowinds Snowmobile Club and the Rainbo Fish & Game Club. Carole is survived by her children: Donna Spaulding of Melrose; Debbie Thomas of Gilmanton, NH; William Spaulding of Wakefield; and Lori Spaulding Lopez of Clearwater, FL. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kara, Emalee, Leah, Dee, Juliana, Joshua, Alex, and Liam; her great-grandchildren, Nora, Myles, and Malcolm; her brother, Johnny Lombardi of Ipswich; and many other family members and friends who will miss FURNISHED ROOM FOR RENT EVERETT her dearly.
