Families will not want to miss this wonderful interactive, hands-on program! Recommended for ages four to 10. This program is funded by Preotle, Lane & Associates Ltd. State Senator Jason Lewis and State Representatives Steven Ultrino and Paul Donato recently joined Malden residents Mya and Deanna Cook along with their parents Colleen and Aaron Cook and Governor Charlie Baker and other offi cials for the signing of The CROWN Act, making Massachusetts the 18th state to prohibit hair discrimination in schools and workplaces. The bill originated from the mistreatment that Mya and Deanna faced when they were 15-year-old students at Mystic Valley Regional Charter School, and their courage in standing up for their rights.
