Recently, the post, the mayor, City Councilor Peg Crowe, and Kevin Jarvis held the annual Flag Day ceremony at Bell Rock Park. Dimitry from the Teen Center honored us by singing the National Anthem and God Bless America. We also want to thank the Fire Department and the Department of Public Works for their assistance. This week marks the 70th anniversary of the Korean War. We salute all those in the military that fought in that war, and especially we can never forget those soldiers and sailors that remain missing from that war.
