Tenant Robert Bishop built the boxes; DPW Director Bob Knox supplied soil, and O’Brien’s Florist supplied fl owers, according to event organizer Christopher Simonelli, who is the Ward 7 Councillor. Mayor Gary Christenson joined tenants during last Friday’s community garden unveiling at Suff olk Manor.
