Proposals will not be accepted nor may submitted proposals be corrected, modified or withdrawn after the deadline for proposals. Contract Documents will be available by email request at purchasing@cityofmalden. org after: 10:00 a.m., May 31, 2022. Following the deadline for proposals, all proposals received within the time specified will be reviewed by the RFP Committee, and an award will be made to the most advantageous proposer for services. All bids are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B §6. All City of Malden bids are available by request. Addenda’s will be sent to the contact information provided. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor requesting these bids to ensure they have received any and all addenda prior to the bid opening. The City of Malden administers the federal HOME Program for the NSC which is comprised of the communities of Arlington, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Revere, and Winthrop. The NSC has established the following schedule for public comment and public hearing for its HOME Investment Partnerships Program – American Rescue Plan Act (HOMEARP) funding. June 1, 2022: Public Comment Period Begins. The draft HOME-ARP Allocation Plan will be made available for review and public comment online at https://www.cityofmalden. org/910/HOME-ARP-Program for a 15-Day Public Comment Period from June 1 to June 15, 2022.
