Germa plans to study finance at LaSalle. o. 7-ranked Mystic Valley boys’ tennis breezed through the windiest conditions they have ever encountered with a 5-0 win over Bishop Fenwick on Monday afternoon. The Eagles did not drop a game in their two wins in doubles before taking the top three courts in singles action. Mystic Valley improved to 8-1 overall on the season with the win. AJ Rutkauskas and Rakshit Rangaprasad were the first through doubles with a 6-0, 6-1 win over Jamie Aguilar and Alex Fobert. Ryan Co and Eli DeTore took the 6-2, 6-1 win over Doug Eisenstein and Chris Connors. showed little struggle with a 6-0, 6-0 win. Ethan Co followed with a 6-2, 6-2 win as the Eagles built a 4-0 lead. Wes Cunningham closed out the match with a 6-3, 6-2 win over Nolan Topp. “It is always a pleasure to watch and coach these boys!” said Head Coach Stacy Smith. “They came through with flying colors and each won their matches relatively easily. Jay Raj continues to sail through his matches playing strong, being humble, and enjoying each and every point.” Up next, Mystic Valley will face Everett on Monday, May 20.
