Along with designating funding for individual communities, the legislation authorizes $175 million for grant programs that will further assist municipalities with various transportation-related projects. Flag placement will take place from 9am to 4pm. Volunteers are needed to help place flags at veterans' graves in preparation to honor all who have served in the military on Memorial Day.
