All of the City Councillors on the Finance Committee, as well as the others attending the meeting, were in agreement that the project is essential to the future of the community. They were also interested in how this project could be expanded to include other parts of the city in the future. “It’s good to get ahead of the game, but we would like to see this program expanded if possible,” Councillor Winslow said.
