The Malden Housing Authority (MHA) is seeking to hire a full-time, 35 hour/week Voucher Program Senior Generalist to assist the Program Director with all aspects of voucher program administration as well as to satisfactorily manage assigned participant family case files, in addition to many other job duties as assigned and as included in the complete job description at: http://www.maldenhousing.org/ contact-malden-housing-authority/pages/human-resources-employment The Senior Generalist must have excellent managerial, supervisory and interpersonal skills, comprehend state and federal and state voucher program law and regulation, with proven ability to responsibly and professionally interact with participants, owner/landlords, other MHA staff and the public. An applicant who is bilingual in English and Cantonese, Haitian Creole or Spanish is desired. A minimum of six years of voucher program work experience with a MA Public Housing Authority, including supervisory responsibility, is desired. High school diploma or GED required. A current and valid MA Class D Driver’s License and use of a registered and insured automobile is required for full term of employment. Must satisfactorily pass pre-employment screening consisting of CORI and physical exam inclusive of drug and TB test. Reference checks and a pre-employment interview will be required prior to receiving an offer of employment.
