THE MALDEN ADVOCATE–Friday, April 12, 2019 Page 5 John Cafferty & Beaver Brown Band rock Breakaway Library Book Sale slated for May 3-4 T he Friends of the Malden Public Library will be holding their annual book sale on Friday, May 3 (friends only preview) from 6-9 p.m. and Saturday, May 4 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Malden Public Library (36 Salem St.). Thousands of items will be available, including adult, teen and children’s books, audiobooks, DVDs, CDs, and games. Hardcover titles are $1, paperbacks are 50 cents and children’s books are 25 cents or fi ve for $1. Joining the Friends is easy and can be done the evening of the preview.
