Caron went above and beyond as the Library liaison to many groups: the Friends of the Library, Malden Reads, the famous Wine Tasting and the book sales to name a few. Additionally, she was the go-to person during the pandemic, ensuring that residents stayed connected to the Library and all it has to offer. Caron truly made a difference and will be fondly remembered for providing the educational, informational and social needs of so many Malden residents. Mayor Christenson presented Caron with a citation and wished her all the best in her retirement.
