Install new aluminum cap on the existing masonry terrace walls. 5. Install a wide bead of sealant in the courtyard where the concrete walkways meet the masonry walls. 6. Replace the sealant in all vertical four story control joints. 7. Protect all landscaping during the Work of this Contract, and if damaged during the Work of this Contract the existing landscaping shall be restored and plantings replaced, in kind.
