THE MALDEN ADVOCATE–Friday, January 20, 2023 Page 13 Mayor Gary Christenson thanked the North Shore Black Women’s Association for hosting an annual Martin Luther King luncheon at Anthony’s of Malden for more than 70 years. This year the event was cancelled due to lack of interest. Members of the Malden Warming Center received a citation during a presentation with Mayor Gary Christenson, Congresswoman Katherine Clark, city councillors and officials.
