A landmark on Route 99 in Everett was recently torn down to make way for the Encore resort casino project. Although we rgret dearly leaving our Everett facility which was our home for over 50 years. By Tara Vocino K iwanis Club members donated Thanksgiving fixings while McKinnon’s Supermarkets donated 150 turkeys to the needy at the Connolly Center on Friday morning. Kiwanis Club Treasurer Marlene Zizza said it’s a long-standing tradition to donate complete meals for families. This year, McKinnon’s partnered with them in providing the turkeys while members donated Thanksgiving sides.
