According to a recent report from the Boston Assessing Department, Everett’s residential property taxes average $3,339 per year. This figure is second only to Chelsea, which averages $2,818 per year. “I am happy to report that as a result of conservative budgetary management and responsible fiscal forecasting, we are able to provide some relief to help residential homeowners stay in Everett and invest in their community,” said Mayor Carlo DeMaria.
