When we build housing, folks not only have a place to live, they deepen their sense of community in Everett.” The Garvey Street tour was one of two events this month focused on aff ordability in Everett. The second was on October 5: the announcement of new Winter Energy Bill relief for Massachusetts families with Governor Maura Healey at the Connolly Center. He chose to fi ght for a country in a time where people like him were still discriminated against. Yet, he persevered.
