According to the unoffi cial results, DeMaria received 2,883 votes while Ward 1 Councillor Fred Capone finished with 1,953 votes. Councillor-at-Large Gerly Adrien fi nished in third place with 1,499 votes. DeMaria also had the greatest number of votes of any candidate in the entire Primary. “I am humbled and honored to have the support of Everett’s voters,” he said. “It is a tremendous honor to serve, but it is an honor I will live up to. Thank you for your continued trust, Everett."
