A class for beginners will start with the basics (pronunciations, phrases, etc.) and give you a firm foundation for the language. The eight weeks of classes cost $150 plus a $20 text. The instructor is Tiffany Bistocchi Murphy, who has a bachelor’s degree in Italian from Dickinson College and a master’s degree in Italian from Middlebury College.
