Special to The Advocate T he City of Everett is proud to announce the promotions of Officers Tracy Hornsby and James MacGregor to the rank of sergeant. Both officers were officially promoted during the Sept. Sergeant Tracy Hornsby and family. 8 City Council meeting in recognition of their exceptional dedication, professionalism and leadership throughout their service to the Everett community. At the same meeting, the City also welcomed four new officers to the Everett Police Department: Dennis Arias, Elliot Bedoya, Christianna Carroll and Tony Eason.
