Van Campen has hired Nieve Anjomi to serve as Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Everett, bringing extensive experience in municipal law, litigation and public service to the City’s Law Department. Anjomi joins the City after serving as an Assistant District Attorney with the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Offi ce, where he was most recently assigned to the Special Investigations Unit. Prior to that, he spent six years with the City of Boston Law Department, ultimately serving as Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel and representing the City in civil rights, employment and negligence matters. “Nieve brings a strong combination of municipal experience, courtroom experience and a commitment to public important. I’m excited to welcome Nieve to our team and confi dent his experience will serve our City well.” Throughout his career, Anjomi has tried more than 60 cases to verdict and has handled a wide range of criminal and civil litigation in state and federal courts.
