Councillor-at-Large Peter Napolitano agreed that the antennas do not pose a health risk and that the Verizon representatives can be trusted on this project. “This is not something they built in their garage,” he said. Ward 3 School Committee Member Frank Parker said the antennas would also bolster the city’s bandwidth.
