The vote was 9-2, with Councillor-at-Large Katy Rogers and Ward 3 Councillor Anthony DiPierro dissenting. A March 4 letter to the Council from the Mayor asked for removal based on the City’s Administrative Code and Massachusetts General Laws (MGLs).
