5. Developmental action planning. During the Assessment Centre participants will build up an action plan to strengthen their future applications and performance in recruitment processes. Target Audience: Senior leaders who are intending to apply to become a Headteacher or Acting Headteacher. Stephen Hopkins Stephen has worked as a headteacher, school Ofsted inspector, Principal Lecturer and a regional adviser for NCTL. He has a Ph.D and has undertaken consultancy work and leadership development for a range of organisations. Stephen is chair of governors at an outstanding primary academy, director of a large academy chain and a NLG. Stephen is committed to the pursuit of social justice through high quality education and has extensive experience of working with vulnerable children and families.
