What to do when my publication is quarantined?

We will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement and reserve the right to promptly take any action deemed necessary by us, including but not limited to, termination without notice of the account of the user of whom it has been determined to have infringed the copyright of any third party.

Please make sure that you own all intellectual property and proprietary rights for the uploaded publication or that you have a license from the owner of such rights to upload the publication. Also ensure that the publication doesn't slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other person.

If you believe that a publication has been taken down in error, you can send us in writing a signed statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material and that you accept service of process from the person who provided the infringement notification or an agent of such person. Please add identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled and include your full name, address, email address and telephone number.

Otherwise, delete the publication.
