Quality Safety Audit (QSA) Effective health and safety auditing not only provides the legal framework for compliance, it also lays the foundations for continuous safety improvement to enhance competitive advantage. Our Quality Safety Audit (QSA) is a unique quantitative, flexible audit system that can be tailored to suit the risk profile of your organisation, which will reduce both costly accidents and your insurance premium. RoSPA can assess your health and safety management system against OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements; then if we’re satisfied that you comply we’ll issue a Certificate of Compliance. In addition, our unique added value service means that if you do not satisfy the criteria on your first attempt, we work with you to achieve compliance by telling you exactly where you are going wrong, and helping you put it right. We can also provide an OHSAS 18001:2007 Certificate of Compliance as part of a Quality Safety Audit (see p.30 for details), as well as ISO 39001 (see p.72 for details). This integrated approach can save organisations seeking a full management system audit both time and money. A compliance audit to determine whether your organisation complies with this standard. Should there be any shortfalls, this service advises how best to remedy them. ISO 39001 is a new standard which covers Road Traffic Safety (RTS) management. Achieving the standard requires the development and implementation of an appropriate RTS policy, development of RTS objectives and action plans. An ideal starting point from which to identify any risks relating to driving for work that the organisation faces, the measures already in place and what further action is needed.
