Safety Representatives (Employee Consultation) This course has been developed to provide an understanding of the benefits of well-run safety committees and properly motivated safety representatives contributing to a positive safety culture. Who should attend? Newly-appointed or existing trade union/non-trade union representatives and members of safety committees.
