RoSPA Diploma in Motorcycle Instruction Conversion This two-day conversion course is ideal for riders who qualified from a RoSPA Diploma Course prior to March 2011 and require training and retest that allows them to apply for entry onto the DVSA Register of Post Test Motorcycle Trainers (RPMT). This has been approved by the Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and developed to cover the elements expected of a modern teacher of motorcycling skills. Content: • The grading of skills from learner to advanced and how they fit into the RoSPA system as well as other providers of similar training • Trainer’s personal conduct with students • Management of risk posed by high risk hazards • Matters concerning environmental issues and conspicuity of riders • The use of bike-2-bike radio as a teaching aid Banksman Train the Trainer Course This course is a cost-effective alternative for organisations wishing to train a sizeable number of employees.
