There will be free or low-cost health and wellbeing related activities taking place across Runnymede. Activities include pilates, swimming sessions, dance, seated exercise, talks, health checks, lunches and more. To start the week there will be a launch event at Abbeyfields in Chertsey on Saturday 22 September from 10am until 2pm with stalls, music, food and drink, blood pressure checks, freebies and more.
