MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT Dear fellow HBRA members, I am pleased to announce the hire of our new Executive Officer, Jackie Bertolone. Jackie is a young, energetic leader who has the ability to keep our organization growing and thriving. Jackie grew up in the building industry and is leaving her position as an adviser and senior staff member to the House Republican Leader in the CT General Assembly. She also served as the finance director for the caucus, leading the statewide fundraising efforts which included a great deal of event planning. Previously she was a director for a non-profit mentoring program for at-risk youth in the Norwalk Public Schools. She has a great deal of experience in fundraising, event planning, people management, and politics. I would ask everyone to welcome Jackie, and give her the support she needs to keep us moving forward.
