HBRA EVENTS Legislative Day At The Capitol Home builders across the state met on April 3rd for Home Building Industry day at the Capitol. Builders, some associates and HBRA staff met for breakfast and a discussion session with local legislators. Issues discussed included building regulations and several bills that could have a real impact on our industry and our member’s bottom line. Thanks to the builders who took time out of their busy schedules to advocate on behalf of our industry and to the legislators who took time to listen. The legislative session ends on May 9th and we will continue to send out alerts on important bills. NAHB EO CONFERENCE Our executive officer attended the NAHB EO Orientation in Washington DC on April 23rd and 24th. A new resource the staff at NAHB compiled is state specific housing data.
