What’s Happening at the HBRA Fairfield The Building Hope Foundation Scholarship Awards Application Deadline April 30th Each year the Building Hope Foundation conducts a scholarship competition for the Home Builder and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County. Members, employees of member companies, and members of employee’s immediate family are eligible to apply for a scholarship award. The deadline to apply is April 30, 2016.
