Letter From the hBrA BoArd President Welcome to the 2017 HBRA Home Tour! The Home Builders and Remodelers Association (HBRA) of Fairfield County is proud to present the first luxury HBRA Home Tour in Greenwich and Darien. The four homes presented for viewing are exceptional examples of incredible residences which truly combine artistic vision with master craftsmanship, and represent the vision and artistry of some of the most admired home builders in the lower Fairfield County area. In presenting the tour, our association also had the opportunity to give back to the community by donating a portion of all ticket sales to PSC Partners for the Cure and the Fairfield County Community Foundation, both 501c-3 organizations. For consumers, the HBRA of Fairfield County has a wealth of information for your building and remodeling needs. Our 400+ members consist of builders, remodelers, land developers, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, attorneys, lenders, real estate brokers and many other industry professionals covering all of Fairfield County. Thanks to our members, Karp Associates, Argus Development, Doherty & DeLeo Development and Altamura Homes for opening their homes to prospective buyers and visitors. Special thanks to Sound Beach Partners for hosting the Friday night event at their estate in Greenwich, an occasion to kick-off this fantastic tour.
